style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Lo primero que vamos a hacer es lavar bien las hojas de acelga y a continuación las cocemos en cazuela unos 15mm o en una olla 5mm, con un poco de aceite y sal, cuando tengamos listas las acelgas las escurrimos y reservamos.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Batimos los cuatro huevos, echamos un poco de sal, las acelgas y los cuatro quesito cotados en trocitos pequeños, lo revolvemos bien y listo para hacer la tortilla.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Una receta fácil y rápida de hacer. style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Batimos las tres yemas y vamos añadiendo el azúcar, sin parar de revolver vamos a ir añadiendo la mantequilla a temperatura ambiente, la harina, la levadura, el aguardiente y la canela. Cuando esté todo bien mezclado vamos a dejar reposar la masa unos minutos.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Precalentamos el horno a unos 180º, mientras, vamos a ir preparando las pastas.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Estiramos la masa con la ayuda de un rodillo, dejamos un grosor de 6-8mm aproximadamente y damos forma a las pastas con moldes, con la forma de luna o con un vaso que no sea muy grande (mucho mas práctico).&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Colocamos las pastas en la bandeja del horno y las pintamos de clara de huevo, echamos por encima un poco de azúcar y listas para hornear.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_8HEzdF-igZE/Sr_W3JwEIkI/AAAAAAAABTo/npwA1mccaPs/s1600-h/DSC00157+copia.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="display:block; "&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ablandar 50 g de mantequilla y mezclarlo con una taza grande de azúcar, un huevo batido y dos tazas de leche, removerlo todo bien.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; "&gt;&lt;b&gt;Añadir una pizca de nuez moscada y otra de sal fina, tres tazas de harina y tres cucharada de levadura. Amasarlo y en caso necesario, agregar más harina hasta formas una bola que no se pegue en las manos.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; "&gt;&lt;b&gt;Estirar la masa con un rodillo hasta dejarlo de ½ cm de espesor, cortar las rosquillas y freirlas en abundante aceite caliente.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; "&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;- 4 Berenjenas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; "&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;- 4 dientes de ajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; "&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;- 400g de equino o de ternera picada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; "&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;- Queso para fundir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; "&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;- Aceite de oliva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; "&gt;&lt;span lang="EN-US"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Lo primero que vamos a hacer, es preparar las berenjenas cortadas por la mitad, las vamos a echar por encima un &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;chorrito&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; de aceite y las vamos a colocar en una bandeja de horno. Una vez colocadas, introducimos la bandeja en el horno, previamente calentado, las dejaremos unos veinte minutos a 180º.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; "&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Transcurrido&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; este tiempo vamos a mirar si las berenjenas están blanditas, si es así, las vamos a quitar toda la carne, dejando solo la piel, intentando que no se nos rompa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; "&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;En una sartén vamos a echar un &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;chorrito&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; de aceite, cuando esté caliente vamos a añadir la cebolla y los ajos picados, dejamos que se rehogue un poco y a continuación, añadimos la carne picada, salpimentamos al gusto. Por último, echamos la carne de las berenjenas. Cuando veamos que ya está todo bien hecho y bien envuelto lo retiramos del fuego.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; "&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Con éste revuelto preparado, vamos a ir rellenando las berenjenas, vamos a poner, una fina capa de revuelto de berenjena, encima otra de queso y la tapamos con otra de berenjena, para finalizar, ponemos una última capa de queso por encima. Cuando ya tengamos todos listos, los vamos a volver a meter en el horno unos 10 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;min&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;
